UK Deliveries

We aim to ship orders the same day if the order is placed before 3pm. All orders will be sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked and can usually be expected in 2-3 working days (including Saturdays).

Refunds & Returns

We hope you love your Lille candles.  However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.  Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

Damaged items

We take every care to ensure your order arrives safely but in the unexpected event of your order arriving damaged please contact us by emailing  lisa@lillewellbeing.com on receipt of your order, including photographic proof of damage.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged in transit we will offer a full refund or a replacement of the same value.  We cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.

Refunds

Once we have received your return we will process your refund to your original payment method.
